Booking

Booking can be done by paying 25% advance of the total booking value at the time of Check-in or before Check-In. in case of Monthly Booking 8 days advance has to be paid.

Payment Mode

Payments can be made via Cheque /DD in favor of "Silver Dot Facilities" Payable at Bangalore. Bank Transfer

Structure of Payments

1. Booking Advance: 25%
2. At the time of Check In: 75% (Applicable for Bookings upto One Month)
3. Monthly Rate Plans one Month Rent in Advance.
4. Long Term Booking - More Than 3 Months - Negotiable.
5. Credit Card Charges extra up to 5%.

Refunds Policy

1. No Refunds for the booking advance once paid
